Tom Morse is founder of Legacy Properties West, LLC. His passion for the outdoors, respect for the western way of life and commitment to the protection of our natural resources brought him to Colorado with his wife Linda. This coupled with the understanding that there are many like-minded people, seeking a lifestyle of greater simplicity and purpose along with more time to enjoy their recreational interest, gave birth to Legacy Properties West. The intention for the firm is to bring together a group of passionate and competent partners and associates, from multiple disciplines, to support individuals and families in realizing their lifestyle aspirations, by finding the finest ranches and recreational properties in the West to meet their needs. Prior to founding the company, Tom formed, developed and sold companies in publishing, financial services, business software and real estate development over a 35 year career. Tom and Linda also had the great privilege to volunteer for more than six years supporting the worldwide activities of both charitable and not-for-profit organizations. His creative talents and management expertise provides vision and overall guidance to the day-to-day operations and growth of Legacy Properties West. Linda Morse is an environmental consultant who works with clients to create living and working spaces that are in harmony with nature. To accomplish this, she uses various time-tested tools and techniques to analyze and effect powerful changes in your surroundings to support your overall health, happiness and welfare.

Whether you are working with an existing space or planning a new building project, Linda will work closely with you to create an environment that enlivens you and all your activities.

For an existing home or office, she can make simple adjustments inside and out that can eliminate the effects of environmental stress, positively impacting areas of your life such as finances, health, work and relationships.

If you are interested in building a new structure, Linda can identify the most favorable site for home or office that will support beneficial alignment with magnetic, solar and earth energies. She can make suggestions about interior design, ideal furniture placement and use of color that assist you in unfolding your full potential. For the exterior, she’s able to recommend landscape and plantings that are both energetically balanced and aesthetically pleasing. She will also work in conjunction with architects, builders, designers and other professionals to help create best possible placement for various rooms in your house to attract greater abundance, health, creativity, harmonious relationships and vitality.

Zach Morse is a licensed broker associate with Prudential Triple S Realty – Legacy Properties West. Zach graduated from Colorado State University in 2007 with an emphasis in building management. His enthusiasm and commitment to the preservation of the American West enables him to support others who aspire to make that legacy their own. Part of his responsibility is establishing and maintaining a database of all ranches in the Western United States that have the most desirable attributes that most clients look for in a ranch property.
